1. How does your store work?

Our products are created just for you through a process called print-on-demand. That means we partner with Printful to make each item only after you place your order—no dusty shelves, no overstock, and a little less waste in the world. It’s made with care, shipped directly to your door, and prayerfully designed to encourage and inspire.


2. How long will it take to get my order?

Because your order is made just for you, production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. We appreciate your patience—it’s worth the wait for something made specially for you!

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Final Sale on Merchandise

Since each product is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for size, color, or change-of-heart. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly make it right. We believe in treating customers the way we’d want to be treated (Luke 6:31).

No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

We’re so thankful you’ve chosen to support our ministry! Because our products are digital downloads—such as devotionals, audio files and other resources—all sales are final. Once your payment is processed, your files are delivered instantly, and we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

We encourage you to:

  1. Review Carefully – Please read product descriptions and previews closely before purchasing to ensure the resource fits your needs.

  2. Reach Out if Needed – If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us. We’ll gladly help resolve any technical problems so you can enjoy your purchase.

4. How do I know what size to order?

Each listing includes a detailed size chart—please check it before ordering. We recommend measuring a shirt or hoodie you already own and comparing it to the chart to ensure the best fit.


5. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, as production often begins quickly. After that, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, but we will always do our best to help.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re blessed to send encouragement all around the world. Just note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.


7. What printing method do you use?

Our apparel is printed with high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) technology for vibrant colors and lasting designs. All inks are water-based and eco-friendly, which means they’re gentle on God’s creation. We've balanced curating the best fabrics with affordability.


8. Do you design everything yourself?

Yes—each design is prayerfully and thoughtfully created. Our goal is to share messages that encourage hearts, spark joy, and quietly point to hope in Christ.


9. How can I contact you?

10. How can I support your mission?
