Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Because every item is made just for you, orders take a little extra time before they’re ready to ship. We believe slow and steady can be a blessing—it means less waste and more care in each detail.

Production Time

  • Most orders are created within 2–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

We want every order to bring joy! However, because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem


Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we cannot guarantee changes, but we will always do our best to help.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows as delivered. If this happens, we encourage you to check with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier. We’re happy to assist where possible.

We know online orders sometimes have hiccups. Our aim is to respond with the same kindness and patience we would hope to receive ourselves (Ephesians 4:32). If something isn’t right, please reach out—we will work with you to make it right.
